Trying to print a report...no luck.

I am trying to print in Employee Lists, the "hours" report.  But I can't get it to even print preview.  It does say comprehensive-system.  Is there another area that I need to go to allow this to print?

    Try logging on as the "manager", it usually has all rights in security checked on. Try the report. If it runs then it may be a "rights" issue. Then on your user check "payroll" security rights and system wide options see if they are check "on" for payroll & its reports

    This report can take awhile to generate after you select preview. Change to the Sample or Demo company and run the same report. This will let you know if you have a problem with access rights or not. Depending on the number of employees you have the report may take up to five minutes. If it is longer than that you may want to contact Customer Support 800-447-5700.
