I am currently working on overhauling our sales tax IDs.  Is there any way to use more than 4 characters as the tax ID, or is this always limited to 4?  We currently use a numbering system with all jurisdictions within the same parish (not counties here in Louisiana..LOL) begins with the same number.  For example, one parish code is 12 and there are 11 jurisdictions within that parish, so they are numbered as 12.1, 12.2, 12.3 and so on.  I'm running into issues with the character limit when working with double-digit parish codes who have more than 9 jurisdictions.  BW will not allow me to enter 12.10 as an ID.  Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
