I have a company with 5 different division and each are set up as a "company" in BusinessWorks. When we do our quarterly filings we combine the divisions into one. The question I have relates to an employee that was transferred from one division to another. Right now I do a journal entry to move his wages and taxes. Can I export/import his information along with tax withholding/payment to the other division. I don't want the system to think he is a new employee.
