1099 Error

When I try to print 2014 1099 misc. forms I get the following error in BW 2013:

"Error: The system cannot find the file specified."

How do I fix this and be able to print 1099 misc. forms?

    For this error I would review resolution #44789 Error: "The system cannot find the file specified".  

    1.If running Bit Defender disable Bit Defender before performing these steps

    2.Uninstall Enhanced Tax Reporting from the Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features

    3.Reinstall Enhanced Tax Reporting and automatic updates

    If you continue to have issues then I would recommend calling support at 800-447-5700.
