401K

Our company just switched to a 401K plan and I am trying to set it up in business works. I think I have everything set up right but I have questions on taxes. I have a deduction for the employer contribution (that has no taxes checked), a standard employee contribution (which has OASDI and medicare taxes checked), and a roth employee contribution (which has all taxes checked). Are these taxes correct for the different contributions? I am using business works 2011.
