Where oh where have the downloads gone?

Question

I'm diligently trying to log into my PARTNER Portal site and when I click on the link for BW downloads and updates, I'm redirected to support.na.sage.com. It then tells me I need to "login", so I click on the Login link. Voila, I'm back on the PARTNER PORTAL. I click on the Downloads and Updates, and I get redirected to support.na.sage.com, etc., etc. 
 How do I get back to the product downloads for BusinessWorks?

from the portal LOG OUT 
 the Downlaods are now in the KB 
 open the Knowledge base site, now login on the upper right, ( this created a circle of logins if you were logged in ) 
 I can see BW 2011 sp17 , BW 2012 SP13 and BW 2013 SP8 downloads

Hi Mary-We are in the process of making changes to the partner portal at this time, so you may be getting some redirects as we finish this process. During this time, I would recommend when you need to download anything for Sage BusinessWorks, just go directly to support.na.sage.com and login to the site like normal. Once in, select Sage BusinessWorks on the left. Then scroll to 'Support Resources' and select 'Sage Businessworks downloads and updates'.

Also Mary you can follow these steps to access the portal now: 
 1. Go to support.na.sage.com 
 2. Click Login (Sign-in) in the top right-hand corner 
 3. Enter your Logon and password (This will look like the customer portal login page) 
 4. Select Sage BusinessWorks under My Products if it is not already selected 
 5. Under Support Resources select Sage BusinessWorks downloads and updates link 
 6. Select Download Sage BusinessWorks xxxx to download the full program
