This report can take a long time to generate based on the number of employees. If you filter the report that will also add to the time it takes to generate. If you added more columns to the report there may be too much information to print on one page.

The report I am referring to is the default report on the BW menu. I did not customize, filter, or change it in any way and it will not print the entire page. It will send the entire page to a pdf document if exported but will not print the entire document.

its possible that printer your using is chopping the output.  I would print to PDF and then shrink to fit page to print.

Try printing to a document printer like Microsoft XPS Document Writer. Sage BusinessWorks does not support multi-function printers.

Minimum requirements

Laser or high-speed ink jet printer

Note: Multi-purpose printers: Sage BusinessWorks functions correctly with most desk jet and laser printers. Sage BusinessWorks is not designed for high-end multi-purpose copy/printers. For this reason, Sage BusinessWorks Customer Support cannot assist you in troubleshooting any issues you may have with multi-purpose printers.
