There could be a old transaction(s) still in the system,  the months to keep historical data has not passed and the data has not purged at the month close.

We have ours set at 36 months.  

Dear Vince,  Thanks for your answer.  We keep data for 24 months and many of my warehouses are well out of that range.  Some warehouses show product name but zero quantity.  Some show no product at all but I still can't delete the warehouse.

Run the transaction detail report for all parts and just that warehouse.  On the include what entries select All transactions.  If there are any transaction showing on the report you will not be able to delete the warehouse. Also run the Warehouse Stock report for all parts and just that warehouse.  If that shows a part with a quantity in that warehouse you will not be able to delete the warehouse.  If all the parts show zero quantity in the warehouse you will need to delete the warehouse from the part in maintain parts.  Then if no transactions and no parts assigned to the warehouse you should be able to delete the warehouse.

Dear c.shular,  Thank you for your input.  I have tried the fixes you mentioned and still cannot delete the old warehouses.  It is almost as though I must get into setup mode in order to eliminate them.  I have several.  Again, thank you for your thoughts.
