enhanced reports

I let BW run updated to the enhance reports, then started my quarter end reports. I get a "System Error 32" that says it can't run the printing due to reports being open in another window. The reports are only open in one window. It will let me go to finish and then previous where I can print the reports. Any ideas?

    A stranded user or task can occur for several reasons. Among the most common are the following:

    A user turned the computer off without logging out of Sage BusinessWorks.

    An error occurred that prevented a user from exiting a task properly.

    The user could not successfully complete a print job.

    Resolution

    Reset all Sage BusinessWorks tasks and users

    Important! Have all users exit Sage BusinessWorks including yourself. Also, make sure no other applications are using Pervasive when disconnecting all users (for example, Pathways).

    From the Windows Start menu, point to All Programs, point to Sage BusinessWorks, and click DBRegister.

    In DBRegister, Select the BWSystem1400 database so that it is highlighted.

    Click the Users button.

    Click the Disconnect all Users button.

    A warning message displays that you are about to disconnect all users, click OK. The Sage BusinessWorks users and tasks have been reset. Click OK, and click Close to exit DBRegister.

    Open Sage BusinessWorks and try the task again.
