Error Logging In to check for updates

SOLVED

I keep getting an error when trying to login to support.na.sage.com.  Below is what it reads.

     Portal runtime error

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID 08:43_26/05/17_10759_33763350

See log file for details about this exception

It does not matter what web browser I use.  Anyone else having this problem?

    I am not familiar with that error. But if you are receiving errors while trying to use the portal, I would suggest working directly with the portal team by call 800-447-5700, then #3 for Customer Support, then #3 again for Portal support. They should be able to assist with any errors you are receiving on the portal web site.
