After a Power Outage - problems loading Business Works from just one workstation

One workstation, who was running Sage BusinessWorks at the time of the power outage, can no longer run BusinessWorks from her computer. She can login from others' computers without a problem. When she does try to open BW, we get the following error:

Unable to connect with the System Manager Database. (BTRVLoginError(7025): Failed to connect to the server (server not found) (Server: -SERVER-; dB: BWSYSTEM1400))

I tried turning off the Firewall on her computer, she is using the same OS as everybody else (including the correct service pack) and she can access the server without an issue.

    We have a resolution in our Knowledge Base on that message. See article #73267 Error: "Failure of DFInitialize function; BTRVLoginError(7025): Failed to connect to the server (server not found)". After following the steps in the resolution, if you continue to have issues and need further assistance, then I would recommend you call 800-447-5700 to speak with a support representative.
