Printer margin issues

I have a user who's invoices print with the right margin cut off. The printer is old and she's working from a different workstation. The workstation is running Windows 8.1 on a 64 bit machine. She can print from any other application without issues, but for some reason her Business Works Invoices have a problem with the right margin. The printer is an HP Laserjet P3015.

Any ideas?

    Unfortunately I don't have any quick solutions for the problem you are explaining above. If this worked in the past and now it doesn't then I would have you go over what has changed. Does the same issue happen when using the SAMPLE company? Does the same thing happen is you use a different form template. If other users are not having the same results, review the printer and setting on those machines and duplicate it on this machine. Next, I would start by going through the Knowledge Base article ID:18718 How to troubleshoot form printing issues. Otherwise, I would recommend calling support directly for additional suggestions relating to your printing issue.

    Is this a historical problem, ever since setting up this user & workstation or just started happening?

    If it just happened, check Windows updates for a HP printer driver install. I've had problems in Win7 with automatic updated and HP drivers. if it has been updated, then try the printer's install CD/DVD for the older driver.

    It is not a historical issue. It's just a new PC for this user. The printer is the same one she used previously. But the print driver did need reinstalled. Odd that it's only happening in BW though.

    It worked in the past, yes but the user has a new PC so that means a new driver. The printer is not new to the user.

    All good tips. I'll give them a try. I appreciate the article ID too.
