Hello,
We are trying to close out the month of September, and have everything closed except for OE.
When I go into Utilities->Company Close, it shows confirms this (everything except OE is moved on to October).
However, when I try to select only OE to close, I get a message saying I need to close AR and and AP also. Having those already moved to October I do not want to close them!
When I select the drop down on OE and select Close->Close Current Month, it makes it to nearly the end and then freezes, requiring me to exit Business Works.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
