MANAGER Password - ODBC Problem

Business Works 2012 (sp 11) We use ODBC to pull customers information and insert it into a concrete batching application. We have used ODBC for several years. We created a new company. The password for the MANAGER user account that we have used for the other companies does not work for the new company, However the MANAGER user with no password does. Why would this happen? How can we make the password the same for all companies?

    We will need more information to troubleshoot this issue. There is only one MANAGER user in Sage BusinessWorks and it applies to all companies. You can try to go into SM, Utilities, Maintain Users and for the MANAGER account just click on Security Settings and see if it updates correctly. It would be best to contact Customer Support 800-447-5700.
