Direct Deposit of non W-2 partners pay

Can a Partners pay (who currently is not set up in payroll) be setup in the payroll module for direct deposit purposes? Currently the pay is reported on a 1099 at the year not a W-2. Can it be done under other pay and not have a W-2 print at the end of the year?

If the Partner is set up as an employee it will try to print tax forms (like a W-2) for the employee.

What if they are set up under other pay? I don't want their totals to be included in the company's total for gross pay or on any other payroll report.

If they are set up in payroll they will appear on the payroll reports.
