Importing all pricing categories into BW

Is there a way to import all pricing categories from Excel into BW?  I currently have in excess of 400 line items each having 9 different pricing skews.  That means 3600 pricing entries every time I do a new price list.  Help!

    in the BW help system look up -  Import Part Information Import File Format

    You may also contact Sage for a local Partner that could help for a Fee you 1st time (aka teach you how)

    Having the pricing in Excel is really nice , but Excel has know issues for creating the CSV file type BW needs to read. You will be better off in MS Access.

    Before you begin - BACKUP YOUR DATA FILES  !!!!

    Also Use a small group of parts (20-25) and attempt the import in to the SAMPLE or DEMO company

    About 7 years ago, we began changing our pricing from ABSOLUTE to MARGIN,

    this way all we change is COST and the sell prices change automatically.
