Problems converting from BusinessWorks 2012 to 2013

I've installed BusinessWorks 2013 and am having problems converting my 2012 data files.  I copied my original BW directory to a new directory (thus cleaned out the original BW directory).  I successfully installed the new 2013.  However, when I run the converter I get the error message:

File Error:  (BWProgramPath) The specified path is invalid.

However, I have given it path to the 2012 program files.  Also the instructions state to give it the path where the BWW.EXE program resides.  We do not have this program in our 2012 install.

    Our BW is runs on Windows 2008 on a share named  "acct".  I want to continue to use this share going forward.  So according to the instructions You can not install the new BW2013 over the BW2012.  So I moved all the BW2012 to a different directory and did the BW2013 in the "acct" directory.  However, when I try to do the conversion and set the directory to the BW2012 I get that error.
