How to reset the Manager Password - any fast ways, or is Sage support the way to go

  • Hi Kevin,

     

    To reset the manager password or find out what it is,  you would need to contact Sage.   For security reasons, we would need an authorization letter on company letterhead faxed or emailed to the support department.  Support can then generate a code to reset or display the manager password.
