hi i am using sage 2012. last month i could send invoices but this month i can not, there are no error messages. it says send but it does no go

I have a client that is using this software on windows XP with Outlook Express and it is e-mailing invoices fine. I want to upgrade her WS to Win 7 Pro 64Bit. Is there a whitepaper or other instructions on what e-mail client she should be using to continue…

Not sure if this feature is still working as we are using Windows 8.1 & Outlook 2013. Currently within A/R I see the email invoice button, but it's greyed out. Am I missing something? Customer has email address field filled in.
