I have been going around in circles trying to get to the download page. Every time I just get right back to the starting page. I start with the download page and then select "Sage Business Vision Downloads" . It takes me to the page "We've moved". Then when I click the first link on that page I go to the Sage Knowledgebase page. When I click on login, I'm taken right back to the first page again.
Can someone please help?
It sounds like there might be an issue with your Portal account. Please contact the Sage Portal Support Team and they should be able to assist you further. They can be reached via email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
i found out you have logon in the knowledge base after you have logged onto the portal. I had the same circle until I read the fine print so to speak
That's what I've been trying, but every time I go to login, it takes me right back to the old portal page and then we go through the whole circle again.
if you look at his screen shots, the 3rd one is the knowledge base which you have to log onto
forget that on your portal screen click on the knowledgebase tab at the top and go from there
