My client has a lot of problems (reports not printing & actions not being performed) caused by his anti-virus software.  Does Sage have recommendations as to what type of anti-virus software is most compatible with the program?

As a follow-up - my client will inform me of a status code he receives when he has a problem and I don't have a lot of luck with the knowledgebase searching for that code - is there somewhere else I should be looking??
