What file controls the Customer Bill to and Ship to address

Rebuilt client data - now when they try to re-PRINT from Sales Analysis the Customer Bill to and Ship to are blank.

All new orders are fine.

after the new orders are entered and invoiced do they have the the bill to and ship to when searched with the sales analysis?
