can be that the DXFramework did not get load or did not load correctly.

Please check in your control panel under programs and Features to see if the DXFramwork is there.  If it is now and you are using Sage BusinessVision 2014 (7.7) you can get the install file from C:\Sage\Sage BusinessVision Accounting 2014installer\ISSetupPrerequisities\DXFramework.msi.

If you are installing Sage BusinessVision 2013 you will need to call into help for this file to be sent to you.

Once you have ran the DXFramwork.msi it will install the DXFramework and this error should go away.  If it does not please call into support for more help.

I would suggest reinstallation of the program. If you are using Sage Business Vision version 2013 or 2014 there should be a folder in your local C drive called "Sage". The sub folder will contain the name of your Sage Business Vision Software . In that folder there is the setup.exe that you can run to update the program.
