1 user is freezing in our workstations, you are able to log in but as soon as you are in inventory and search in the part number area BV freezes.
any thoughts before I delete and re-enter the user profile
Please log in with the user ID and try these steps:
Click Options, Reset module sizes and positions
Click Options, Browses, Reset to default settings
Click Options, Toolbar, Reset to default.

unfortunately I had already tried the steps above and still the freezing occurred.
I tried to replace the user file in the data with an older backup and the problem still persisted.
It also errored when I tried to print the users settings.
In the end I deleted the user and re-entered the info manually.
When you have error printing users settings, it means the user profile is damaged. Yes, you need to delete the user and add the user again.
