 Sage BusinessVision will only see/use Windows Outlook to send the invoice by email.  Windows live emai cannot be used.  This is why it is only printing the invoice to the screen and not emailing them.

except for outlook, can I use thunderbird or other email program?any suggestion, thanks

Sorry Kitest,  at this point in time Sage BusinessVision will only work with outlook.

I have seen where someone has exported the invoices to disk (a seperate folder) as PDF and sent them from the opened pdf through adobe and sent it with another mail client but I don't know how they did all the steps

You are correct GUSB,  if you sent the invoice to save as PDF then you can use any program to email it out.  Sage BusinessVision just will not direct use these other emailing programs.
