Hello,


Just wondering if there is a way to pull a report which will show me which user entered the order.  Right now, we have different staff doing the invoicing, so the person who took the order is different, so the initials on the order change.


Is there a way to find out who printed the packing slip?

    Unfortunately there is no report within Sage BusinessVision that will show which user created an order. However, both the initials of the user who created the order, who last edited it, and who printed the packing slip is viewable within the order under Order Details. Therefore, one of our BV partners who specializes in creating custom reports for BV can extract that particular information onto a report.
