You can specify this form for email only under File->Printer Setup->Print Properties. Expand the Invoice heading and you should see Email Form. Click on this and then on the right you can specify the form for email only.

I tried that way but it gives an error message when I try to print the invoice from order entry. The error message is Report Engine Error: 000000692 error in file: Invalid export DLL or export format.

Any idea how to resolve this error?

Are you printing to screen and then exporting to MAPI/EMail? If you are doing it this way then the error is expected as Microsoft made changes to MAPI in the later versions of Outlook and Windows and therefore this function is no longer supported. If you are not doing it this way, then it would be best to contact our support team for further troubleshooting.

Then I would say the question is when is Sage going to update the option in the system.  This has been an issue since Outlook 2010 if I remember so they have had time to create a work around but seem to be relying on customers using 3rd party products to do what BV used to do.  Yet they still list it as a feature.
