Sage 50 is not designed to allow a period end change to a date previous to the date of any entry, even if the entry has been reversed.

If you've already opened these periods and made entries, they can not be changed. Most accountants use software that can re-assemble the entries into the proper years for tax filing and bank year end reporting, and you can sum the entries using Excel to do internal reports.

Depending on the number of entries, you can set up another company file, transfer the 'lists' and re-enter the information you need in that file. Sage software support may be aware of other options.
