Question

Has anyone received a message about version 2018.0 and not been able to open the message? It links to the internet but I just get the message that the page can't display.

Was this an email you received from a Sage sales's rep? What was the person's name so I can confirm. If you are with the account Swab Master then your service plan is good until 11/29/2017 but is set to auto renew with a credit card. This shouldn't affect you getting 2018.0 once it's been released in the next week/week in a half however. So far your account does not have any 2018 serial and activation codes, so I wouldn't install it just yet or else your EFT / Payroll services won't be accessible.

It's because the link in the Sage Message has 3 /// after the http The URL should be: messaging.sage50accounting.ca/S50CAN_ProductUpdateCustomers_Oct2018
