I have finished entering history but cannot leave history mode because the "Wage Expense linked account is not defined.
We do not use the payroll portion of Simply because we only deal with sub-contractors. Is there a way to override the payroll section?
I have the same issue and the tip is unfortunately not working. I had the error for EI payable, EI expense, CPP payable and expense, Tax payable and Wage Expense. I create the accounts (that I will not use) and simply went to the linked accounts for taxes in settings and linked them. Unfortunately I don't know what the linked account is for the Wage Expense message. I'm stupped.
