Sage 50 Pro v2018.0

I started using the "Insert Link" feature in the payments journal. The first entry I did this to posted and recorded correctly. The second entry did not. It yielded a "duplicate entry" error.

I've recreated this error on two different company databases using two different computers.

Payments journal > Insert link > Insert a link to file on this computer (PDF file) > Save > Post & Confirm

Dialog box appears that reads, "DUPLICATE ENTRY: You have entered a value that has been assigned to another record. You cannot have two records with the same value."

To answer the obvious question: the link is pointing to a different PDF file, and there was nothing superficially duplicate about these entries; different invoice numbers, amounts, accounts, etc.

Removing the link from the journal entry causes the entry to post and record correctly.

Is this a bug?
