Anyone have any issues accessing their services plans after an update? Sage recommended I re-start due to a recent windows update, and I can no longer process my payroll, or anything else related to my service plan(renewed through June 2018). When I click I have a service plan that includes payroll, and check plan, the dialog comes back as cannot retrieve plan information, connect to the internet and try again(currently connected to my internet provider without issues). Program worked perfectly yesterday. Any advice is appreciated. I have tried online support, chat and technical support by phone with no resolution (and it is payday!).
