I cannot read a word of French, but have you tried selecting your current version of Sage 50 CDN file. I did that when starting up EFT for Sage 50 after upgrading to Sage 50 2015 and it fixed the problem I was having

Thanks 1nita, but my problem isn't with the creation but the printing of the report. The file is created without problem but doesn't print.  I will contact the support as Keith L suggested, as soon as I have a minute to spare... ;-)
