T4 forms not printing the boxes

I was able to follow the link to show how to get T4 printing the boxes, however when I did this and ran them again it did not print the employee information or numbers.  It only printed their address, our company name and province.  When I ran them before setting so boxes would print it printed the information correctly.  Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong.

    Hi Laurac86,

    Please double confirm you are using Plain-paper laser & inkjet form under Setup, Reports and Forms, Government forms, Federal Payroll for T4 slips and T4 Summary.

    if you have already used Plain-paper as the Form Type, try to print 1 employee and see if this applies to only 1 employee all all employees.
