T4 Internet filing

We use two different payroll accounts with CRA, example RP0001, RP0002. Can I file both of these electronically by using two different internet file transfer names, ie T4...01 and T4... 02.

I have over 60 employees and do not want to file any by paper.

You will be required to enter your Business number including the RP numbers. Therefore you would have to file twice - once for each RP nbrs.
