I think it's only available in the Vendor Aged Detail report.

Using the comments field may be what you need.

If I pay a bill using a bank account, for example, I use the comment field to record any information that is useful for reconciling. It then appears beside the vendor name when we pull up the 'General Ledger' report for the bank account.

What JJD is referring to in the General Ledger report is the Remarque, not the Réf/Facture field you asked about. That field may help you as (s)/he mentions. It is also in the Journal Entries report (Détails de Transactions ou Ecriture de Journal).

The General Ledger report is the Rapports, Financiers, Module Général ou Transactions par compte.
