I assume you do not see the Historical Tab in your Vendor record.  Please correct me if I am wrong.  

If you do not see the tab, most likely you are no longer in History mode.  

If you are still in History mode, in Sage 50 home window, you should see History as an option in the menu.

If this is the case, please use the first day of your fiscal year to make the entry for beginning balance.
