update sage 50 2014.4

I downloaded update 2014.4 on windows 7 but now I cannot open my sage 50 at all. Anyone have any ideas why?

Hi thank you but I have figured it out. I had to go into my computer and uninstall something that was interfering with the operation of sage. I was then able to open my books.
