If the registration process gave you a client care ID or Account number (10 digit) and a serial number, you can use that to install and then the keycode should download for you automatically when you are finished installing and you are prompted to go through the activation process. I have not registered online since before Sage took over so I don't know what they provide from the website.
That is likely true since Sage office in Richmond are only Mon-Fri and hours are something like 9AM - 5PM PST.
