I am wondering why when I just registered my new Sage 50 Pro Accounting 2014, I did not receive an activation code?

I followed registration instructions to the letter and did not get an activation code for the product. So now here I am stuck with being unable to use my product until Monday morning. This really sucks.

If the registration process gave you a client care ID or Account number (10 digit) and a serial number, you can use that to install and then the keycode should download for you automatically when you are finished installing and you are prompted to go through the activation process. I have not registered online since before Sage took over so I don't know what they provide from the website.

That is likely true since Sage office in Richmond are only Mon-Fri and hours are something like 9AM - 5PM PST.

If you require assistance with a registration code, please give our Sage 50 CA Customer Service team a call at 1-888-222-8985. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 6am to 5pm PST.
