I was having problems opening my 2012 Simply program. The guy I spoke to using the online chat told me to delete the program, re-install it and then try again.... I keep getting the same message that says "Sage Simply Accounting 2012 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Inconvenience? Really? The online chat guy also said that the conversation would be emailed to my inbox to print....That was NOT the case. For what we pay for these programs, you would think the support staff would have better knowledge of the product they sell...very frustrated as now I cant do a thing with my companies...
