How to copy chart of accounts to new company?

in Simply Accounting 2011 Premium version E, how can I copy the chart of accounts from one company to a new company?

 The reason is that there are additional data fields and functionality in 'Premium', that are not in 'Pro'. 
 It's like moving from a house to an apartment without a balcony, there's no safe place to set up the barbecue, so it can't be moved.

 It's possible that Sage could be working on it now, but it's hard to do, and costs a lot to develop, implement, and test. If I were with Sage, and deciding how to propose adding this functionality, aware that it could potentially would reduce sales revenue from existing Premium clients... I would look at the equation as high cost + negative benefit = not likely to happen . 
 I think I would also make the case that it's better for a customer to switch from Sage 50 Premium to Sage 50 Pro, than to lose that customer to a competitor. ( btw, we had a consultant offer to monkey a set of books from Sage 50 to QB. It didn't even almost work. Caveat Emptor!) 
 My recommendation is to get a quote on converting from Premium to Pro.
