I wouldn't bother with integration. I create a general journal entry off of a report from Dentrix and verify the AR balance at the end of every month. I can't remember the report in Dentrix. Their support office can probably help. I did the journal entry only monthly - daily was way too much detail. Weekly or semi-monthly would probably be OK.

You may well need some professional support to help with this. As per Keith's post above.

I know a software called swagman, which can import transactions into Sage50, as well create customers, vendors during that process, with appropriate Journal Entries.
