Compatibility between 2012 and 2014 version

Our company created a few demo use cases for our client in 2014 Premium version.

The client has a subcription of 2012 version though.

Is there a way, the client can open these 2014 version data files in their 2012 version?

Currently, they are getting the error that the required data file is missing.

Aprreciate the help!

It is not backward compatible. So your client cannot open 2014 Premium demo cases with their 2012 version.

This is also true if your client has 2012 Pro and you created demo versions in 2012 Premium which is a higher version - your client will not be able to open the 2012 Premium with their 2012 Pro.

The best solution is for the client to upgrade to 2014 but if there are difficulties for client to take this route and the absolutely needs the 2012 version contact us at www.bithelp.ca for options to convert the data to 2012

Have the client download a trial version of 2014 to view your demo. They really should update anyway.
