When running payroll, our employer EI and CPP do not expense to an expense account. Why would this occur?

In reviewing our T4's for 2023 I have found one of our employee's Box 14 blank but should have a value. The income classification is used by all employees, there is nothing special about this staff member.

My starting balance is incorrect in my remittance summary. I tried to adjust the payments part so it would zero it out but it didn't clear it out. How can I get it removed or adjusted?

The amount paid to the employee is $25 less than it shows on his paycheck, I didn't realize that till now. That happened in December, and I am doing bank reconciliation now. The employee was paid the additional $25 by cash. The owner is self employed…
