Hi Alana,

You can create an adjustment paycheque to put the vacation YTD amount back to zero.  Then, you can go to Maintenance, Clear Data, Clear Paycheque Details.  Select that employee and clear the paycheque detail information up to today.  After that, you will be able to remove the employee.

Thanks for your reply. Looking at the payroll transaction report before I post it looks good, hopefully no issues at year end in Dec.
