Emailing employee pay stubs

I am new to this forum and not sure if I'm in the right place but I was wondering if there was a way to email a pay stub for an employee who is NOT on direct deposit.  This seems like something that should be available whether you are writing a cheque or using direct deposit. Any advice would be appreciated as this would save a lot of time and postage!

    If they are not on direct deposit then you are cutting a cheque?

    If so, the stub is part of the cheque printout so you just give it to them with the cheque.  If you are handwriting the cheques, print it anyway and you have the stub.

    You can get some pdf printer drivers or use the MS XPS printer driver to create an image as well that you can then email individually.
