Not sure what you mean but ROEs needs to record all the payperiods for the last year - 12months, 26 biweekly, 24 semi monthly, etc. The earnings are for so many payperiods and the hours are for a different nbr of payperiods. The nbr of payperiods are dependent on the payperiods used such as bi-weekly, semi-monthly etc. You need to be very careful here to ensure that you have paid out the correct nbr of payperiods, if for example you have created an additional chq by itself just for vacation pay in between regular paychqs then Sage will not show the correct dollar amounts on the ROE.
