Trouble opening a company...

My desktop icon has disappeared and when I pull the file up from backup it tells me that it can't open due to a data file missing - and that I should check to see if the file exists...what is going on?

    By the desktop icon are you referring to a shortcut to your datafile or the shortcut to the Sage 50 program?

    Also make sure both the SAJ folder and the SAI data file are located in the same location on your computer.
