Hi Randy,

For all users the default view for threads that have a verified answer is "Verified Answers Only".  However, at the top of such threads, you can select "All posts" from the dropdown list to see the rest of the conversation.

unless the conversation extends beyond one page ? it doesn't remember the setting on the second page, you need to select 'all posts' again
