Hello

I am very new and trying to learn as i go.

I got the paper bank statement and i went to do the reconciliation and there is a deposit that shows on the paper statementis but it does not show up in the program.

I did check the date and it was paid on 27 november and was deposit on the same day. I did check to make sure i had the correct date etc... everything seems fine.

Why can't i see it, did I entered the payment incorrectly?
